KIPP Adelante’s instructional program is rigorous and aligned with California academic content standards. In our six years of operation we have produced an impressive record of accomplishments including:
- 2006 California Distinguished School
- 2007 National Title I Distinguished School - for being the one school in California that most narrowed the achievement gap that year
- 2007 California Certified Charter School
- 2009 National Excellence in Urban Education Award
- Ranked a 10 on the Similar Schools Academic Performance Index (API), and a 9 on the Statewide Academic Performance Index (10 is the highest)
Similarly, the Class of 2015 made consistent academic gains in all subject areas during their four years at KIPP Adelante, as evident by their achievement on the California State Standards Test.
