KIPP Adelante Preparatory Academy is seeking middle school faculty members in the areas of English Language Arts, Science, Mathematics, Spanish Language Arts, and History for our charter school in San Diego, CA. The mission of KIPP Adelante Preparatory Academy is to ensure that our students develop the academic skills, intellectual habits, and character traits needed to succeed in top quality high schools, colleges, and the competitive world beyond. In August 2003, KIPP Adelante opened its doors to 90 fifth-graders from the Logan Heights and surrounding areas of San Diego. The school has expanded one grade level each year and will reach its full capacity of approximately 340 students in grades 5-8 in the 2006-07 school year.
