Volunteer Opportunities at KIPP Adelante Most of our volunteers at KIPP Adelante are university students who come in regularly to tutor our students. We accommodate their schedules, their subject and grade level preferences, and any particular strengths or talents they have to offer our team. Our college student volunteers are always impressed by our students' appetite for learning as well as by KIPP Adelante's rigorous curriculum and fun field lessons. Students not only enjoy the special attention they receive from our tutors, but they also benefit from having role models that encourage them to climb the mountain to college. We are always looking for committed and caring people who can serve as volunteers for Arts and Cultural or Sports enrichment classes, office assistance, sports team coaches, field trip captains, and facilities projects. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to get involved in making a positive change in the way public education works.
